Man with metal ring in important area, hospital's reason for being 'absurd'

According to local media such as BH Online and the Malaysian Gazette, a 37-year-old man was urgently transferred to Raja Fermaisuri Bainun Hospital in Ipo on the morning of the 8th (local time). This was because the pain intensified as he couldn't take out a metal ring on his genital as a joke.
But the medical staff were unable to remove the ring. It is a ring made of hard metal, so it was difficult to cut with equipment in the hospital.
In response, he asked the fire rescue team for help.
Rescuers who were dispatched were able to remove the ring in 15 minutes with a special metal cutter along with medical staff.
The man, who has not been identified, is being treated further at the hospital.
