Nexon Games announced on the 6th that it has been selected as the top job company in Korea for two consecutive years organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor certifies private companies that have taken the lead in creating quality jobs and improving job quality, and Nexon Games said it was highly praised for creating jobs for young people, improving working conditions, and strengthening welfare systems to balance work and life.
Nexon Games actively hired manpower to strengthen its development competitiveness in 2023, increasing the size of its manpower by about 22% year-on-year. In particular, 63% of the new employees are young people and are actively hiring young people. Starting in 2021, internships have been recruited through recruitment-type internships 'Nectorial' every year, and all talent whose abilities and qualities have been verified through separate evaluations have been converted to full-time employees. It is continuing its large-scale recruitment trend this year, and it plans to recruit new and experienced workers from time to time in the second half of the year.
