Korean Horse Racing Association Holds a Meeting of the Labor-Management Co-ordinated Cheongma Pae

The Korea Racing Authority, which announced that labor and management are working together to strengthen the cooperative and communication system to create a clean organizational culture, had time to communicate with about 50 employees regardless of series, including general, specific, and horse racing support positions through the Cheongma Pae Promotion Team.
An employee who attended the meeting said "It was refreshing to be able to communicate and talk about integrity without hesitation through this Cheongma Pae meeting."
In order to establish a culture of integrity, the Korean Horse Association actively listens to the opinions of executives and stakeholders through various communication methods such as ▶ 'Ethical Integrity Promotion Cooperation Group' for high-ranking positions, ▶ 'Cheongma Pae Meeting' for practitioners, and ▶ 'Cheongsim Hwan Meeting' for civil petitioners. Yoon Byung-hyun, a standing audit committee member, said, `The more we communicate, the wider our ability to empathize and understand.' `All employees will work together to create a more trusted horse racing society.'
