Sexual harassment of a 15-year-old girl in her 50s "I couldn't help it because it was so pretty"

According to the Malaysian media Harian Metro, a 50-year-old man, identified only by his surname Ho, touched the lower part of a 15-year-old girl who was picking things at a market in Cluang, Johor, around 4 p.m. in July.
The girl cried and informed her mother, who came with her to go grocery shopping.
The police, who were dispatched after receiving the report, caught Ho at the market about an hour later.
He adamantly denied the allegations of sexual harassment, but he eventually admitted it and was arrested and investigated.
In the first trial held on the 11th, the prosecution pointed out that "sex crimes against minors" and "the victim is feeling fear and shame along with trauma.'
He then stressed that severe punishment should be given to the defendant in order to raise the alarm at the West Society.
Ho told the court that `the girl was so beautiful that I had to molest her.' `It was an impulsive act, not a premeditated one, and I regret it" he insisted.
The court sentenced him to five years in prison and one sentence. In addition, he was put on probation for one year after completing his sentence.
