Why You Shouldn't Lean On An Airplane Window

Airplane crew member and travel influencer 'Tommy' recently introduced 'Things You Never Should Do on a Plane' via TikTok.
He urged people not to lean their heads against the windows of the plane as a top priority.
"Because it's unsanitary," he noted, "I don't know how many people or children have touched the window and rubbed things."
He then advised that it is best to avoid situations with germs because it is not known whether the plane windows are disinfected or how often they are disinfected.
He also said "Frankly, because it's very unsanitary, it's better not to touch the toilet button or the lever on the plane with your bare hands" and "Touch with toilet paper or wet wipes, etc."
He then emphasized that it is better to avoid wearing shorts.
"For a reason similar to not leaning on the window..." he said, adding that the possibility of bacterial infection increases when the bare skin touches the items on board.
In addition, he advised that one thing not to forget on board is to drink enough water and notify the flight attendant without delay if you have pain.
