Since 2017, Hirase Airi (26), a social media influencer, has performed a total of 25 plastic surgeries at a cost of more than 24 million yen (about 230 million won).
After graduating from high school, working part-time and worrying about the cost of living, she began to live a new life after plastic surgery.
It has become a popular influencer with more than 4 million followers, and has now appeared in TV entertainment programs, modeled, and become the CEO of a beauty-related company.

She first had eye plastic surgery at the age of 19 and later injected hyaluronic acid into her forehead, nose, and chin, raising her nose bridge.
It also spent 1.7 million yen (about 16 million won) to expand its chest.
The most expensive plastic surgery she had was bilateral surgery, which cost 4.37 million yen (about 41 million won).

As for the most difficult plastic surgery, she cited bimaxillary surgery, breast enlargement, and forehead injection in order.
