According to the British media Daily Mail, Danish cleaners recently discovered a 'big strange creature' while picking up trash on Dueodde, the southernmost beach in Bornholm.
They considered the creature about 1.5 meters long as a sea snake.
A local environmental conservation group found that the monster was the penis of a young humpback whale.
Experts estimated that it was the reproductive organs of whales washed up on the beach earlier this year, but it was unclear how it was separated.
Experts plan to conduct further investigations.
The humpback whale's penis is up to 3 m long and is usually hidden inside the whale's belly.
The body of an adult humpback whale is about 12 to 16 m long and weighs about 30 to 40 tons.
