A 'ultra-thin' skyscraper with a width of about one apartment building and a height of 73 floors will be built in Dubai, UAE (United Arab Emirates).

The building, named 'Muraba Veil', is about 380 meters tall but only about 22.5 meters wide, according to CNN.

It is designed to have 73 floors and 131 households with two to five rooms will be built.

Inside, various high-end leisure facilities such as spas, restaurants, galleries, sports facilities, and movie theaters will be built.

The skyscraper's location will be built next to a canal near Dubai's main transit artery, Sheikh Zayed Road, with the goal of completion by December 2028.

The sale price per household starts at $4.9 million (about 6.76 billion won).

The building was designed by the Spanish architectural firm RCR Architects.

The company won the Pritzker Prize in 2017 called the Nobel Prize in Architecture.

Each household will create shade and green areas based on a model of traditional Arab houses with a courtyard to create a harmony of shades.

Raphael Aranda, founder of RCR Architects, explained "communicating with nature and reflecting local culture in the design."
