According to the New York Post and other U.S. media, police in Comal County, Texas, patrolled the building under construction at around 6 p.m. on the 3rd (local time) after receiving a report that there was a suspicious person. Police found a woman (51), a high school art teacher, and a minor male student making sexual contact at the scene and arrested them.
Based on preliminary investigations, the prosecution concluded that the two had `sexual contact.'
The female teacher, who had an inappropriate relationship with a minor student, was charged with a second-degree felony and imprisoned in a local prison.
Local education authorities placed her on leave, calling her `shocking.'
