General Headquarters of the Korea Racing Authority-Congressors' Union meets with each other for collective bargaining

This event was held to find reasonable mutual cooperation measures through dialogue and compromise based on trust and respect between labor and management, and to lay the foundation for a win-win relationship rather than a confrontation relationship between labor and management. The meeting was attended by four negotiators, including Lee Sung-chul, head of the Gyeongryun Provincial Government, and five negotiators from the union, including Park Sang-hyun, head of the National Labor Equality and Labor Union.
Starting with the personnel appointments of representatives from both labor and management, the meeting was conducted in the order of conveying the basic position on collective bargaining between labor and management and exchanging opinions on the direction of negotiations.
Park Sang-hyun, head of the National Labor Equality and Labor Union's Gyeongjeong Athletes' Branch, said "I think it's a good opportunity to understand and cooperate with each other through collective bargaining." We hope that collective bargaining between labor and management will be carried out through various exchanges of opinions in the future."
Lee Seong-cheol, head of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Headquarters, said, `The correction project is a project that is the basis of the lives of the employees of the industrial complex and the athletes of the correction. Apart from labor and management, we hope that the industrial complex and the athletes will join forces to look at the future for more than 20 and 30 years. I think there will be a lot of discussions at the negotiation stage, but I hope we can produce good results." In the future, the two sides will hold working-level negotiations and coordinate their positions.
