Gyeongsang National University Hospital (Hospital Director Ahn Sung-ki) announced that it has successfully completed the 13th Patient Safety Week Event and 'Together More Valuable" Patient Safety Campaign, designed to foster the right patient safety culture and encourage interest and active participation in patient safety activities, from the 23rd to the 27th.
The medical quality improvement team, which organized this patient safety event, conducted various activities to encourage active participation in patient safety activities and raise public awareness of patients and their guardians and hospital staff in line with this year's World Patient Safety Day theme of 'Improvement of Diagnosis for Patient Safety'▶Puzzle the Poster of the Patient Safety Campaign ▶Practice for Safe Diagnosis ▶Practice for Reducing Diagnostic Testing Errors ▶Promotion of Improvement Activities for Improving the Consistency of the Main Diagnosis of Discharge, etc.
