Ha Yong-chan, director of the Seoul Bumin Hospital, wins the Best Academic Award of the Korean Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine

Ha Yong-chan, the head of Seoul Bumin Hospital, won the best academic award at the 43rd Fall Conference of the Korean Orthopedic Sports Medicine Association, held at the Cheil Jedang Hall of Seoul National University Children's Hospital on September 28.
The Korean Orthopedic Sports Medicine Association (Chairman Lee Geun-bae) organized the conference on a variety of topics, including various diseases that are common in daily life, and organized sessions on detailed topics such as bicycle damage, muscle exercise research, and scapular fractures of the bone attachment.
Ha Yong-chan, director of the hospital, won the Best Academic Award for his thesis titled 「Clinical outcomes after Arthroscopic treatment of Osacetabuli」.
This study is expected to help increase the accuracy and stability of joint surgery by revealing the basis for the removal of non-union bone fragments.
Director Ha Yong-chan said, `I am personally honored to receive the Best Academic Award from the Korean Orthopedic Sports Medicine Society, which deals with sports medicine in the orthopedic field in various and in-depth,' adding, `We will continue to strive to lead to satisfactory treatment results for patients through research and clinical experience.'
Ha Yong-chan, president of the hospital, who is continuously conducting research activities, has published more than 300 research papers at home and abroad, is serving as the 25th and 26th Chairman of the Korean Society of Osteopathic History, and this year as the 5th Asian Hip Arthroscopic Association, and has been appointed as the next president of the International Society of Osteopathic Society.
