A thief in China was caught using a ship to steal the safe of the company's CEO.

He planned a year-long theft but was arrested a day after the crime.

According to foreign media such as Xingtao Daily and South China Morning Post, a company located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, recently reported that more than 50 kilograms of safe had disappeared.

The safe contained 500,000 yuan (about 100 million won) in cash.

Upon receiving the report, the company's CCTV was damaged, and the police investigated surveillance cameras on the surrounding roads but could not find the suspect.

Meanwhile, surveillance camera footage taken on the river bank next to the company showed a man rowing on a boat.

Police also questioned former and current employees of the company, suspicious of the thief's knowledge of the company's security system.

As a result, the police judged a former employee named 'Sheng Nan' as a suspect and caught him at Jiangxi Province, a six-hour drive away.

He was arrested less than 24 hours after receiving the report.

According to the investigation, he had been planning to commit the crime a year before he left the company.

I tried to disguise myself by using another vehicle to avoid police investigation, but it was not possible, so I used the ship.

He parked his car a few kilometers away from the company, stole his boat and paddled into the company for three hours.

Stole the keys from the office, he disabled the surveillance camera and stole the safe.

He hid a safe at his relative's house and was arrested by police while looking for an electric welding machine to open it.

Netizens are saying, "I planned it for a year, but it was caught in just one day.""It's impossible to steal anything in a city full of surveillance cameras," they should have used a submarine." show a reaction of the back.
