Korea Racing Authority implements an integrated public offering for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) technology market

The technology market is an online platform where public institutions directly verify the excellent technologies and products of small and medium-sized enterprises and discover and foster small and medium-sized enterprises with growth potential. In May 2022, the government designated 'Advanced the Integrated Technology Market for Public Institutions' as a national task and is promoting the expansion of participation in SMEs and public institutions.
The technology market integration contest, which involves 40 public institutions, is operated by regular reception and can be applied to multiple public institutions if they meet the requirements of each institution. After receiving the contest, verification of technology and products will continue according to each institution's own regulations, and if the deliberation is passed, a SME technology market certificate in the name of the relevant public institution will be issued.
SMEs wishing to apply for an integrated public offering can freely choose which institution to participate in the public offering by referring to the public notice of each public institution, and the application will be completed by uploading the documents by clicking certification publication after signing up as an online platform member of the small business technology market.
All areas related to horse society promotion projects, such as horse racing and horse industry, are subject to application, and small and medium-sized enterprises with certain qualifications such as government-certified new technologies and intellectual property rights are limited.
The Korea Racing Authority will form a separate deliberation committee, including outside members, to directly deliberate on technologies and products of SMEs that have applied for the integrated public offering and decide whether to register the technology market.
