 The Korean Horse Association will implement core values with field workers 'ethics, integrity'

On September 27, the Korea Racing Association (Chairman Chung Ki-hwan) held the 'Second CEO-Racing Support Job Meeting' to internalize core values and promote communication within the organization.

Chairman Chung Ki-hwan, who met with a horse racing support position (selling manager) who manages on-site work such as the sale of tickets on the front line, said, "We sympathize with the difficulties of the field and seek improvement measures together, while also asking for efforts to smoothly implement ethics and integrity."

In June, the Korean Horse Racing Association has been taking the lead in creating an organizational culture that is harmonized based on mutual respect, leaving generations and positions by sharing corporate vision and management policies through meetings with MZ generation horse racing support workers.

In addition, the Korean Horse Association is promoting various activities to enhance transparency and integrity, including the Ethics Integrity Promotion Cooperation Group and the Labor-Management Joint Blue Horse Association Patrol Inspection Team, jointly organized by the CEO and the standing auditor.

Chung Ki-hwan, Chairman of the Korea Racing Authority, said, `The efforts of executives and employees for ethical integrity, such as achieving the highest grade in public institutions in the integrity evaluation conducted by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, are leading to tangible results"We will continue to strive to become a company loved by the people through the practice of innovation leadership, communication cooperation, and ethical integrity, which are the core values and demands of our company."

The Korean Horse Association is making various efforts to spread core values and form a consensus through communication through an internal anonymous bulletin board that shares various opinions on management, including the CEO Integrity Letter, which contains major integrity activities and related laws that public officials need to know.
