Indian bus crash kills at least 12 people as half disappears

According to local media such as Daily Bhaskar, a bus running in the Shikhar area of Rajasthan, India, crashed into an overpass wall at about 2 p.m. on the 29th (local time) after losing control.
The accident reportedly killed two passengers at the scene and the other 10 died during hospital transport or treatment.
About 30 passengers are also being treated at hospitals for serious and minor injuries. Some of them are said to be in serious condition.
According to the video released immediately after the accident, the front part of the bus was completely damaged to the extent that it was split in half. The right side of the bus has completely disappeared.
Police estimated that the bus was a private bus and lost its balance while running at high speed. It also said it was investigating the exact cause of the accident.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Bajanral Sharma sends his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased after the accident"The authorities will ensure that the injured are provided with the best possible care." he said.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said he would provide financial support for the bereaved families and the injured.
