According to foreign media such as The Sun, a man on a river in the Terra Santa region of Brazil was attacked by an anaconda on the 29th (local time).
Anaconda quickly began to wrap around the man's body and put pressure on him. Usually, anacondas wind their prey and break their bones or choke them into the water. The man bit the head hard to escape the pressure of the snake.
At the same time, colleagues on the ship pulled their tails and trunks, allowing the snake to release the pressure.
After more than 30 minutes, the snake relaxed and released the man.
It is not known if the man suffered fatal injuries.
The anaconda, also called the Water Boa Snake, is one of the largest snakes in the world.
In adults, they are about 8 m long, weigh more than 200 kg, and are free of venom.
