Nexon Company Recruiting Applicants for Recruitment Internship 'Nectorial' by the 21st

Nexon Company will recruit applicants for the 2024 recruitment-type internship 'Nectorial' from the 8th to the 21st.
Nexon's large-scale new recruitment track, 'Nectorial', is Nexon's customized growth internship program that combines job competency training, networking, mentoring, and practical experience, which lasts for a total of six months so that applicants can fully experience Nexon's corporate culture and job-specific roles and gain practical experience.
It provides the same level of salary and welfare as full-time employees during the working period, and all talented people with proven abilities and qualities are converted to full-time employees without a separate limit on the number of employees. Nectorial internships conducted over the past three years have averaged a high full-time employee conversion rate of more than 90%.
Four corporations, including Nexon Korea, Nexon Games, Neople, and Nexon Universe, will participate in this year's internship. The recruitment division consists of 10 categories, including game programming, game planning, game art, game business, overseas business, engineer, information security, production, web planning, and management support.
Eligibility for application is applicable to graduates who are interested in gaming and the game industry or those who are expected to graduate in February 2025, and can work full-time during the internship period. Applications can be made on the 'Nectorial' recruitment web page by the 21st, and will then be selected as successful candidates through document review, job competency test, and interview screening. The final successful applicants will work as interns for six months from January 13, 2025.
Nexon will hold an offline recruitment briefing session 'Hiring Country' at Nexon's Pangyo office building from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the 12th to 13th in connection with the 2024 recruitment-linked internship 'Nectorial'.
