Another video of the North Korean military's presumed dispatch to Russia's Far East coastal region has been released. On the 22nd (local time), 'Astra', which claims to be an independent Russian media organization, filmed and posted soldiers who appeared to be North Korean soldiers standing outside the building on a Telegram channel. Astra described the video as "the scene of the arrival of North Korean troops at the base of 44980 under the 127th Motor Vehicle Rifle Division of the Russian Ground Forces located in Vladivostok". It has been claimed that North Korea will be provided with nuclear weapons technology as a condition of sending soldiers to Russia.

The local media Kyiv Independent quoted Kirilo Budanov, director of Ukraine's Defense Intelligence Agency (GUR), as saying.

Budanov claimed that in exchange for Russia's help with North Korea's nuclear capabilities, North Korea provides soldiers and missiles to Russia.

He previously said nearly 11,000 North Korean troops are already stationed in Russia and will prepare for combat by Nov. 1.

Budanov said Russia's nuclear capabilities include providing technology for small tactical nuclear weapons and submarine missile launch systems.

He also said 500 officers and three generals were among the North Korean soldiers sent to Russia.

The North Korean military is currently training in the Khabarovsk region of Russia's Far East, where 2,600 troops will soon arrive in the border province of Kursk, it said.

According to him, North Korea has also supplied Russia with 2.8 million artillery shells and an unspecified number of ballistic missiles, which are operated by North Korean troops.

Meanwhile, the U.N. recently expressed its fundamental position that the U.N. Security Council needs to determine whether North Korea violates sanctions on North Korea in connection with the South Korean government's announcement and media reports that North Korea has sent troops to Russia.

Earlier, South Korea's National Intelligence Service announced on the 18th that North Korea has decided to send troops to support Russian troops and 1,500 troops are training in the Russian Far East.

In response, North Korea denies the report, and Russia is also responding evasively.
