Nowon Eulji Hospital Holds Patient Safety Campaign 'Together More Value'

Nowon Eulji University Hospital held a 2024"more valuable" patient safety campaign event for patients, guardians, and employees for three days from September 23 to 25.

The Patient Safety Campaign is held annually to foster the right patient safety culture in time for World Patient Safety Day (September 17) designated by the World Health Organization (WHO). It is co-sponsored by the Korean Patient Safety Improvement Nurses Association, the Korean Patient Safety Association, the Korean Medical Quality Improvement Association, the Korea Patient Organization Association, and the Central Patient Safety Center.

At this event, Nowon Eulji University Hospital held various programs such as ▲ Diagnostic Improvement Campaign for Patient Safety (Ministry of Medical Support) ▲ Patient Safety Speak up (attached to the Patient Safety Puzzle) ▲ Patient Safety Quiz Event ▲ Operating Room Timeout Campaign ▲ Patient Safety Campaign for employees on their way to work ▲ Leadership Patient Safety Rounding, and had time to reflect on the importance of patient safety once again.



"As all employees must work together to create a safe medical environment, we will continue to be a medical institution that prioritizes patient safety activities without losing our awareness," said hospital director Yoo Tak-geun.
