Professor Choi Young-joon of Korea University's Anam Hospital won the Korean Association of Pediatrics 'Hanmaum Academic Award'

Professor Choi Young-joon of the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescents at Korea University Anam Hospital won the 'Hanmaum Academic Award' at the 2024 Korean Academy of Pediatrics and Adolescents' Fall Conference held at Grand Walkerhill Seoul on the 24th.

The Korean Academy of Pediatrics is awarding the Hanmaum Academic Award to the best members who have been recognized for their excellence in research results related to children and adolescents over the past five years.



Professor Choi Young-joon won the award in recognition of his contribution to the development of the health and welfare of children and adolescents through active research on childhood infectious disease and vaccination effects over the past five years.



Professor Choi Young-joon expressed his feelings, saying, `We will continue to research and make efforts to help children and adolescents who are vulnerable to infection lead healthier lives.'
