A female influencer in China has made headlines by hiring a male hiking assistant who is 'tall and young' to reach the top of the mountain.

According to the South China Morning Post, a Hong Kong media outlet, a female influencer nicknamed 'Shukesi' hired two tall and sturdy college students to accompany her on the climb of Mount Taishan in Shandong Province, China.

Taishan is more than 1,500 meters tall and has about 7000 steps, which is known to cause a lot of tourists.



When she arrived at the entrance to the mountain, one of the mountain helpers welcomed her with open arms.

At the foot of the mountain, another man showed a bag containing hiking supplies such as bottled water, snacks, face masks, sunglasses and hats.

She did not disclose the cost of hiring two companions, but according to online ads, it is reported to be 350 yuan (67,000 won) during the day and 450 yuan (about 87,000 won) at night.

The advertisement reads "We are fourth-year students of Shandong Agricultural University. Our team consists of 50 boys and girls alike and has climbed Mount Tai 40 times on average"

He also added that "we take pictures of you, we lift your bags, we provide emotional support"
