Suncheonhyang University Cheonan Hospital Colorectal Cancer Center Holds Symposium for Opening on the 25th

On the 25th, the Cheonan Hospital Colorectal Cancer Center (Center Director Baek Moo-joon) affiliated with Soonchunhyang University will hold the '2024 Colorectal Cancer Symposium' for practitioners at Jeil Pharmaceutical Theater on the 2nd floor of the hospital's education center.

The symposium will be divided into three sessions from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., with a total of 12 presentations.

The second session is about 'Colorectal cancer multidisciplinary treatment'▲Evolution and current trends of surgical management of colorectal cancer life metastasis ▲Overview of postoperative primary retention ▲The basic principles of radiation therapy for colorectal cancer (Professor Cho In-young of Radiology) ▲ Department of Psychiatry Lee Hyun-ah, etc. ▲ Depression and anxiety in colorectal cancer patients (Professor of Psychiatry Lee Hyun-ah of Psychiatry) etc.

In the last third session, under the theme of 'Colon Cancer Patient Management', ▲ Common post-surgical wound applications and management ▲ Stoma applications and management ▲ Nutrition management when treating colorectal cancer ▲ Life-saving medical decision-making system (Nurse Yoon Sol) will be presented.
