The '2024 Young Horse Cup', which will be held from the 6th, is an equestrian competition involving 115 heads of young horses aged 4 to 7 who have passed the regional qualifying round for the young horse riding competition. In this final, a total of seven events in dressage and obstacle events will be held, and a total of 101 million won in training subsidies will be paid differently according to the ranking.
On the 6th and 8th, the final round of the 2024 Sports Horse Fair will be held with Korean second- and third-generation riders. Horses participating in the sports horse fair are evaluated for their body shape and walking ability, including 'free jumping' that overtakes obstacles on their own without human rise.

During this final period, '2024 Korean Riding Horse Auction' will also be held. The Korean Horse Association plans to establish a venue for information exchange among production farmers and other officials through domestic horse auctions and promote domestic horse distribution by creating a sound trading market. The auction, which will be held only for qualified horses for the final, is attracting attention from riders in that it will be held for already verified riders.
Jeong Ki-hwan, Chairman of the Korean Horse Association, said, `The hosting of the 2024 Domestic Horse Fair and the Young Horse Equestrian Competition will provide an opportunity to inspire farmers to produce and train excellent horses, and it will contribute to improving farm management by promoting distribution through sales promotion.'
