An adult fist-sized tumor was found in the brain of a two-year-old child who fell from a stroller and was examined. According to Chinese media, including Jining News, 20-month-old Yuan, who lives in Ningxiang City, Hunan Province, recently accidentally fell from a stroller and hit his head on the ground.

Afterwards, the child cried and fretted for a few days and was in pain.

The worried parents took the child to Nanseong Children's Hospital 14 days later for a CT scan.

Surprisingly, an adult fist-sized tumor was found in the child's brain.

As a result of the examination, the size of the brain tumor was about 9 cm X 6.8 cm X 6.4 cm, accounting for almost one-sixth of the volume of the cranial cavity.

The medical team diagnosed it as a pediatric brain tumor and explained that `In general, the normal head circumference of a 2-year-old child is about 48 cm, but the yuan reaches 53 cm.' If not for the accident, the tumor was more likely to have been detected later.

Medical staff said that if the tumor had been detected later, a fatal event could have occurred.

Fortunately, the child is said to have completed the surgery safely and is recovering.
