It was found that more than 400 victims were affected for four years. It turned out that more than 4,000 videos were filmed.
According to Japanese media, including the Sankei Shimbun, the Tokyo Metropolitan Police arrested Ogawa (46), who runs an acupressure and massage shop in Setagaya-gu, on charges of sexual harassment.
He reportedly took off his clothes under the guise of a massage procedure, covered his eyes with a towel, and touched his chest, telling a female customer in his 30s who visited in October, `It is better to clean up because you have bad energy for your body.' In the process, he is said to have committed obscene acts and even filmed it. Another woman was found to have touched her lower body in the same way.
To the police, who were dispatched after receiving the report, he flatly denied the allegations and denied that he `doesn't remember.'
Police examined his computer and found that more than 4,000 images were found and more than 400 women were filmed naked. The filming was found to have taken place for four years from 2020.
He still insists he didn't do it.
