Dong-A Pharmaceutical Wins 'Life Love Social Contribution Award' More than 250,000 Bacchus products for 17 years

Life Telephone is a social welfare corporation that started as Korea's first telephone consultation organization in 1976, and volunteers are conducting 24-hour emergency telephone consultation and suicide prevention activities at 17 centers nationwide. As of last year, more than one million cumulative consultations were conducted. It is also conducting a suicide prevention walking campaign aimed at realizing the reality of Korea, where 38.3 people commit suicide a day, and walking through the dark darkness to hope to convey the importance of life.
As a campaign partner, Dong-A Pharmaceutical has sponsored more than 250,000 Bacchus and Bacchus flavored jelly for 17 years since 2008, and has participated in the spread of a culture of respect for life.
An official from Dong-A Pharmaceutical said, "It is meaningful that Bacchus sponsorship and the participation of executives and employees in the campaign to promote the importance of life have helped us a little bit. With this award for social contribution, Dong-A Pharmaceutical will continue to make more efforts to spread a culture of respect for life.
