Incheon Himchan General Hospital, Energetic Old Age Life'S Completion of Lecture

Incheon Himchan General Hospital (Hospital Director Kim Bong-ok) gave a lecture to local residents on the topic of vibrant old age life at the education room on the 3rd floor of Seochang Oulmadang in Incheon on the 15th.
At a health lecture in the chronic disease management class organized by the Seochang Health Life Support Center on the same day, hospital director Kim Bong-ok presented theories and practices on health exercise methods that can be done alone in old age.
Physical function gradually declines as you age, but proper exercise plays an important role in maintaining good health and continuing a vibrant life. In particular, exercise that can be easily done alone is suitable for consistent practice and is an effective way to keep your health in your daily life.
Through the lecture, Kim Bong-ok, the head of the hospital, explained simple and safe exercise methods for the elderly, stretching methods, and walking methods. Then, I had time to learn and practice exercise using chairs, muscle strength using Sera Band, and strong exercise to become healthy using bottled water.
