Kwangdong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Signs MOU on Introduction of the 'Customer Participation' Platform with Aynic



Kwangdong Pharmaceutical has signed an MOU with a digital marketing company 'Aineek' to introduce a customer participation platform to its mall.

Aynic is a domestic online advertising company that runs a digital marketing platform business. It produces and manages various mobile services in collaboration with leading domestic financial and distribution companies.

Through this MOU, Kwangdong Pharmaceutical plans to launch a customer participation platform 'Gwangi Friends' in the mall Kwangdong Chamber dedicated to F&B. The platform introduces gamification marketing to expand customer inflow and provide more consumer benefits.




Gamification is a marketing strategy that combines various game elements such as spinning roulette, ladder climbing, raising animal and plant characters, and drawing lucky draw boxes to induce active participation of consumers. It also increases consumption and stay time on the platform through certain compensation.

An official from Kwangdong Pharmaceutical said "We want to bring new pleasure to our customers through MOU with ENIC."We plan to introduce new services centered on Kwangdong Pharmaceutical's IP characters in the future"
