LG published a group-level 'LG NetZero Special Report" containing carbon reduction implementation achievements and future implementation plans.

It targeted seven affiliates that account for most of the group's carbon emissions, including LG Electronics, LG Display, LG Innotek, LG Chem, LG Energy Solution, LG Household & Health Care, and LG Uplus. At the group level, the proportion of renewable energy among all used energy will continue to increase to 76% in 2030, 89% in 2040 and 100% in 2050 by actively increasing the use of renewable energy.
