The Korea Sports Promotion Corporation (Chairman Cho Hyun-jae) successfully completed the "2024 Safe Korea Training" at Gwangmyeong Speedome on October 31.

This training focused on checking cooperation and response capabilities among related agencies, assuming complex disaster situations such as large-scale fires and crowded accidents. In response, more than 300 people from 16 organizations, including the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Gwangmyeong City Hall, Gwangmyeong Fire Station, Gwangmyeong Health Center, and Gwangmyeong Police Station, participated to check the cooperative system and conducted training on initial response and settlement in disaster situations.

Park Yong-chul, executive director of the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, said, `Today's training was a valuable opportunity to review the cooperation system among related agencies and strengthen their ability to respond to disasters"Our corporation will continue to carry out safety management and prevention activities for facilities and do its best to respond promptly in the event of a situation."," he said.



The Korea Racing Authority plans to thoroughly supplement the improvements found in the training so that the public can use the industrial complex facilities with confidence in the future.
