The principal of an elementary school, shooting a woman's tooth with a 'shoe camera' 'Dulmi'

According to Japanese media, including the Yomiuri Shimbun, Kobayashi, 58, the principal of an elementary school in Toyama, Ishikawa Prefecture, was caught sneaking pictures of the inside of a woman's skirt in front of a restaurant in the city in broad daylight.
A man who was with the woman noticed a suspicious move by Kobayashi standing behind the woman and called the police.
Kobayashi was found to have committed the crime by attaching a small camera to the front of the shoe.
Admitted to the crime, he said he regretted it and reflected.
Earlier this September, a teacher working at another elementary school in Toyama was arrested on similar charges.
As the teachers' scandal continued, local education authorities held an emergency meeting to discuss measures to prevent a recurrence.
