In the field of 'Organization Grows', which includes support measures for both work and family relations, ▶ Creating a family-friendly culture through education and publicity ▶ Creating a support plan for single and childless households ▶ Strengthening programs with families ▶ Increasing acceptance by securing work continuity. Finally, in the field of 'National Happiness Grows', it contains social contribution measures linked to business, and ▶ Giving points to documents on hiring multi-child parents and women in Gyeongdan, ▶ Strengthening the career and care support function of the cultural center ▶ Creating a family-friendly park using horses and horseback riding ▶ Creating care and childcare support through community sharing.
Hong Ki-bok, chairman of the Korea Racing Authority, said, `I hope that this 'Jalanda Project' will be evaluated as an important attempt to create a sustainable future for the Korean Racing Authority as well as for our society.'
Chung Ki-hwan, President of the Korea Racing Authority, said, "Through the Jalanda Project, both children and parents will make efforts to create a happy workplace and further promote social contribution linked to the business, so that they can actively respond to the trend of overcoming low birth rates in the country." As the name suggests, "Jalanda Project," I sincerely hope that children and parents will grow up, and at the same time, organizational and national happiness will grow together.""
The Korea Racing Authority plans to take follow-up measures such as revising regulations and pushing for detailed implementation measures in the future, and plans to continue the operation of the Joint Labor-Management Committee in 2025 to check the performance of the project and discover additional improvement tasks.
