Suncheonhyang University Cheonan Hospital Joint Fire Drill with Fire Department"Enhance Safety Capabilities"

Cheonan Hospital (Hospital Director Lee Moon-soo) affiliated with Soonchunhyang University conducted a joint fire drill with Cheonan Dongnam Fire Station on the afternoon of the 22nd.
The fire drill was held to check the hospital's self-defense fire brigade's fire response capability and preparation system.
The training was conducted on the assumption that a fire broke out in the artificial kidney room on the first floor of the hospital annex.
Together with the firefighters of Cheonan Dongnam Fire Station, about 30 faculty members of the hospital's Self-Defense Forces played their respective roles, including ▲ dissemination of fire conditions and initial response ▲ issuance of code red and invocation of self-defense firefighters ▲ evacuation of patients and removal of major items ▲ successful initial extinguishment and code red cancellation.
Lee Moon-soo, the head of the hospital, said "We conduct annual fire drills with the Cheonan Dongnam Fire Station.""We will always strive to strengthen the safety consciousness and capacity of faculty and staff for the safety of patients and guardians in hospitals" he said.
