Staff at a university hospital next to a man in his 50s who fell unconscious while eating at a restaurant saved his life by CPR.

According to Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary's Hospital, they found a man in his 50s who fell unconscious while eating at a restaurant with an acquaintance.
Nurse Kim Baek-seol and clinical pathologist Yeo Jin-hee immediately checked A's condition with their acquaintances. Mr. A was already breathless and unconscious, and they secured airways and performed CPR. In the meantime, customers at the restaurant called 119.
While 119 came to the restaurant, nurse Kim's group alternately performed CPR and checked A's condition while holding a call with paramedics. Afterwards, 119 rescue teams performed defibrillation and transferred A to International St. Mary's Hospital. A was treated at International St. Mary's Hospital and recovered his health and is being treated in a general ward.
