A woman who wielded a weapon while holding her 2-month-old daughter kills a police shooting mother and daughter

According to U.S. media such as the Kansas City Star, the Independence, Missouri police were dispatched to a house at around 2 p.m. on the 7th (local time) after receiving a report of domestic violence.
Officers held their two-month-old daughter Destiny Hope and calmly chatted with her mother Maria Pike, 34, in her closet.
If you look at the police body camera footage of the scene, an officer says "Are you all right?When asked ", Maria nodded, "Are you hurt?" she shook her head at the question.
Sitting in bed with her child at the police's request to come out of the closet, she looked anxious.
There was a husband sitting at the end of the bed.
Moments later, picking up the kitchen knife on the table, she approached the police officer.
I told her to put her knife down, but she swung the knife with the baby in her arms, and the police immediately fired her pistol.
Maria, who collapsed with the baby, was fatally wounded and both mother and daughter died.
Police remained silent after the shooting and recently released body camera videos in response to protests from bereaved families and civic groups.
The family's lawyer said "Maria was unfortunately having a mental problem at the timeConsidering the fact that he is carrying a baby, the police should have used less dangerous weapons, such as electric shockers, instead of using deadly force", he pointed out.
The police declined to comment further, saying they would continue further investigation.
