At a store in Japan of Japan's SPA (fast fashion) brand Uniqlo, a manager secretly filmed female customers changing clothes.

According to Japanese media, including the Mainichi Shimbun, Japanese police arrested Kohei Takahashi (35) living in Akiruno, a suburb of Tokyo, on charges of illegal filming.

Since June, he has been accused of hiding his smartphone in a fitting room at a Uniqlo store in Toshima-ku, Tokyo, to film women taking off their clothes and wearing them.

He is also accused of secretly filming a high school girl's skirt on the subway in August.

Police investigating his smartphone found 44 videos, some filmed at the Uniqlo store.

Uniqlo issued a statement saying, `We deeply apologize to the victims and their families"We take the accident very seriously at a store where customers should be able to enjoy shopping with confidence, and we will quickly take necessary measures, such as inspecting security cameras and other store devices and thorough employee training."
