17 passengers and crew members were injured when smoke flowed into the interior of the plane engine fire.

According to Swiss media 20 Miton and British media Daily Mail, thick smoke suddenly filled the inside of Swiss Airlines flight LX1885 departing Bucharest, Romania, for Zurich, Switzerland on the afternoon of the 23rd (local time).

There were 74 passengers and five crew members on the plane.
