Baby Driver Child Actor Dies In A Car Accident At 16

According to the Mirror and other foreign media, Hudson Joseph Meek (16), who played the role of Ansel Elgort as a child in 「Baby Driver」, was seriously injured after falling from a running car while driving on a road in Alabama at 10:45 p.m. on the 19th (local time).
He eventually died on the 21st, two days after being transferred to the hospital.
Police found blunt force wounds on his body, but said a closer investigation is needed to determine whether they occurred after the accident or before.
The acquaintances said "Hudson was always confident, confident in his convictions, spontaneous, and quick-witted. He was a prankster who liked friendly jokes and was happiest when he made others laugh."
Meanwhile, Hudson became famous for his role as a "Young Baby" in the 2017 release 'Baby Driver' and appeared in 'MacGyver reboot' and 'Santa Con'.
In addition, the recently postponed film 'Project' is reportedly scheduled to be released in 2025.
