Gyeongsang National University Hospital, the only public medical institution to receive comprehensive integrity evaluation in 2024

Gyeongsang National University Hospital (Hospital Director Ahn Sung-ki) announced on the 20th that it was the only one to achieve the first grade in the '2024 Comprehensive Integrity Assessment of Public Medical Institutions' organized by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission.
Gyeongsang National University Hospital has achieved the highest grade among the 10 national university hospitals for three consecutive years since it was integrated and reorganized into a comprehensive integrity evaluation since 2022, and in particular, it achieved the first grade among national university hospitals this year.
Comprehensive integrity evaluation of public medical institutions is an evaluation conducted by the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission to promote and support anti-corruption efforts of institutions and to spread integrity awareness and culture. ▲ Integrity sensitivity (survey of medical patients, contractors, and hospital staff) ▲ Integrity effort (anti-corruption effort evaluation) The scores are added up and graded from 1 to 5 to reflect ▲ corruption status (current status of corruption cases).
In particular, Gyeongsang National University Hospital received the only first grade in the integrity effort category, and was selected as an excellent case (differentiating vulnerable areas and suggesting improvement strategies considering the specificity of hospital work) in the main indicator 'Improvement of Corruption Vulnerable Areas'.
Gyeongsang National University Hospital has made various integrity efforts, including the operation of the Integrity Committee organized by the head of the ▲ Hospital, inspection of the hospital's corruption prevention system, improvement of the system, and support for activities to spread integrity awareness and culture of hospital employees, and above all, the strong expression of hospital director Ahn Sung-ki's will and efforts to strengthen the hospital's members' awareness of integrity are considered to have been effective in this result.
