The Self-Sustaining Medical Foundation (Chairman Park Byung-mo) announced that it will hold the 「4th Veterans Content Contest」.
Hosted by the Self-Sustaining Medical Foundation and sponsored by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and the Self-Sustaining Oriental Medicine Hospital, the event is a veterans' contest that sheds light on the lives of Korean righteousness that we did not know in our daily lives to commemorate the 80th anniversary of liberation.
The theme of this year's contest is 'Proud Korean Heroes in Everyday Life'. This includes public officials who are dedicated to the country, such as soldiers, police, and firefighters, and 'righteousness', which refers to righteous citizens. You can also find a story that rewards the meritorious service of the nation and its bereaved families who have dedicated themselves to their country.
Anyone who is an elementary school student or older can participate in the application. The field of public offering is flat painting, and you can submit a photo image of canvas No. 15-20 (650x530mm), 5MB or less, online along with the application for participation. Applications for participation can be downloaded from 'Foundation News/Notices' on the website of the Self-Sustaining Medical Foundation, and you can also check the winning works of the last contest.
The application period is from the 23rd of this month to February 23rd of next year, and the screening will be conducted only for works received until 6 p.m. on the deadline for applications. The received entries will go through a screening process for about a month and the final award results will be announced at the end of March.
The Self-Sustaining Medical Foundation plans to select and award a total of 18 points, including 1 ▲ Grand Prize (Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Award, 10 million won), ▲ 1 Gold Prize, 5 million won ▲ 2 Silver Prizes, 1 million won each, ▲ 4 Bronze Prizes, 500,000 won each, ▲ 10 Encouragement Prizes, and 100,000 won each). Winners will be specially displayed at the JS Museum of Jasung Medical Bio Center, and winners of other competitions will be excluded from the screening.Meanwhile, Jaseng Oriental Medicine Hospital is carrying out various veterans projects based on the purpose of establishing a national hospital that inherits the spirit of the independence movement.
