Lotte GRS Burger franchise brand Lotteria is making a significant increase in sales by targeting online and offline to further revitalize the lunchtime time promotion 'Lia Lunch', which accounts for a significant portion of daily average sales.
Lotteria's 'Lia Lunch' is a time promotion that offers popular set menus at a discount of about 12% from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to expand the influx of customers during lunchtime when customer demand is high. In an environment where consumers continue to bear the burden of eating out due to high prices, Lotteria is a one-meal strategy that can be purchased from 5,200 won, showing a steady inflow of customers from January to November, with the average monthly number of customers during lunch hours increasing by more than 8% compared to the previous year.
As part of the plan to revitalize the 'Lia Lunch' promotion, Lotteria operated mobile coupons for its app users and additional new menus, and implemented strategies to expand the purchase rate of lunch menus. In particular, reflecting the customer needs for lunch and the characteristics of the high-demand time zone, it has provided two additional 'Lia Lunch' coupons in different configurations every month, along with existing 'Lia Lunch' menu items for members of its app Lotte Itz since May, and additional benefits for customers using its app who can purchase expanded menus at a discounted price.
In addition, in order to attract new customers, new menus such as Jeonju Bibimbap Rice and Wang Donkatsu Burger, which were released this year by combining Korean flavors, were additionally organized as the menu of 「Lia Lunch」 to expand customer purchases for new menus and induce customer purchase experiences to be repeated.
