Dec 03, 2024
Nune Ophthalmology Hospital has been steadily doing good work for 12 years with the blood donation sharing campaign '90 Day Miracle'. The campaign is joined by the Korea Leukemia and Child Cancer Association and Namyangju City Northern Disabled Welfare Center.
The '90-day miracle', which has been held since 2013, is a representative social contribution campaign of Nune Eye Hospital that helps blood donation by providing benefits to donors during vision correction surgery to help children with leukemia in winter when blood supply is difficult.
The campaign, which has been running for 12 years, has so far sponsored 15 children and donated 8,595 blood donation cards and donations.
This campaign is with people in their 20s. According to the blood management headquarters of the Korean Red Cross, people in their 20s have the highest rate of blood donation participation by age. Gen-Z generation, which includes people in their 20s, are not just show-offs, but young people who act when they are judged to be meaningful to them. In response, Nune Ophthalmology Hospital intends to project a day of youth actively participating in various activities as well as blood donation on the blood donation sharing campaign '90 Days Miracle' to convey warmth with them.
On the other hand, the 90-day miracle will run until the end of February next year, and blood donation cards will be presented at the reception desk when visiting Nune Ophthalmology Hospital. Blood donation cards collected after the end of the campaign will be donated to two children and the Korea Leukemia and Childhood Cancer Association along with donations.
