The results of the safety and health campaign at Soonchunhyang University Gumi Hospital...Safe workplace culture best

On the 26th, Suncheonhyang University Gumi Hospital (Hospital President Min Kyung-dae) held a 2024 safety and health campaign on the first basement floor of the main building to improve the health of faculty and staff and to establish a safety and health culture.
The event was attended by key positions such as Min Kyung-dae Hospital Director, Secretary-General Kim Jin-hyun and Nursing Director Lim Hyun-sook, and the campaign was held by setting up booths at lunchtime so that all faculty and staff could participate.
The campaign was operated with various programs to promote health and raise safety awareness of faculty members, including ▲2024 SCHG Hero Vote ▲ Safety Quiz ▲ Finding Hidden Risk in Hospital ▲ Promoting No Smoking Hazard. In particular, it received great response from faculty and staff by holding participatory events such as ▲'Finding a sentence that healed me' that can relieve stress from my job' ▲'Writing drinking goggles and building a wish tower.
In addition, throughout the year 'SCHG Safety Newspaper', all faculty and staff were able to share safety improvement cases and ideas, and a small gift was presented to the campaign participants by drawing lots.
