ShiftUp's Stella Blade Wins 8 Awards At PS Blog Game Of The Year Awards

PlayStation's official blog (hereinafter referred to as PS Blog), which is held annually 'PS Blog Game of the Year', is a user-voting-based award ceremony in which PS users directly vote to select award-winning works. The winners are selected in a total of 19 categories, including the best PS5 game and Studio of the Year, and the winners are divided into gold, silver, and bronze from the first place 'Platinum Trophy' depending on the voting results.
In total, more than 1.6 million user votes have been cast around the world, and 'Stella Blade' has won the Platinum Trophy in the category of'Best New Characters','Best DualSense Utilization','Best Soundtrack','Best Story','Best Story of the Year','Best PS5 Game','Best Graphics','Best Sound Design', and'Best Sound Design' to match the world's best works, according to ShiftUp.
'Stella Blade' is the first game in Korea developed by ShiftUp through a second party contract with Sony, and it is the PS representative title that has succeeded in global box office with favorable reviews from users around the world for immersive extreme action, sensuous soundtrack, and beautiful graphics.
After its release, it scored the highest score among games at the time of release with 81 points for metacritic critics and 9.2 points for users, as well as being selected as the 'Game of the Month' on the PS blog in April, along with topping weekly game sales in major countries.
In addition, 'Stella Blade' has won seven awards including the top prize at the '2024 Korea Game Awards', and has continued to win two awards at major domestic and international awards, including 'User Choice Awards' and 'Special Awards' at the 'PS Partner Awards' presented to the best PS game title.

'Stellar Blade' continues to provide various updates for users. Along with new content such as the Boss Clear Challenge, graphics update, and photo mode, it has recently attracted favorable reviews from users with 'Near Automata Collaboration'. In addition, the PC version is currently being prepared to be released with the aim of expanding the service platform to meet various users.
