According to local media such as Mothership, a photo of a woman standing on a table at a restaurant called Kopitiam in a shopping mall 'VivoCity' in downtown Singapore was recently posted online.
The table had wet wipes to clean the child's hips, and the chair had a fecal diaper and a new diaper.
Other customers who were eating next to or behind raised eyebrows at the sight and complained to the restaurant manager.
One customer claimed "The manager restrained the woman not to do it, but she showed no sign of apology at all."
When the photo was released, online criticism poured out.
