A funeral home in China has made headlines by announcing a unique test screening process by hiring a morgue manager. According to Hong Kong media South China Morning Post, the Lushan Funeral Service Center in Lushan, Shandong Province, China, recently posted a job posting online.

Eligibility for application is stipulated that men under the age of 45 living in Lushan City should be able to work 24 hours a day with at least a middle school graduation or higher.

He is a morgue manager and has a three-year contract with a monthly salary of 2,200 yuan (about 440,000 won). Additional night shift allowances are paid separately.




The exam fee is 70 yuan (about 14,000 won), but it is said that it must last for more than 10 minutes in a cold morgue below zero.
