The posthumous work of the late Lee Sun-kyun 'Land of Happiness' reveals the teaser preview to meet the audience on August 14th

The teaser trailer, released, begins with a copy of "1979 Presidential Assassination" with intense gunfire, drawing attention. Soon after, it shows three characters standing in an era of upheaval that penetrates 10.26 and 12.12 that shook the entire Republic of Korea. Park Tae-joo (Lee Sun-kyun), the secretary of the intelligence chief who is tried for his involvement in the assassination of the president under the direction of his superiors, Jeong In-hoo (Cho Jung-seok), his lawyer who does his best to make a legitimate trial, and Jeon Sang-doo (Yoo Jae-myung), the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who is the center of huge power that controls the results by bugging the trial in a closed room, raise questions about how the case will end.

In particular, the scaled court scene in the teaser trailer and the appearance of Jeong In-hoo, who is angry at the times and devotes all his energy to the defense, make us more interested in how we would have solved the hottest trial story of the time, although we didn't know it. Director Chu Chang-min said, `There are many films of modern history that deal with 10.26 and 12.12, but if you look at it from the perspective of what is another story about the contemporary period, you will be able to feel new fun.'
Meanwhile 'Land of Happiness' is a film about Park Tae-joo, who was involved in the assassination of the president on Oct. 26, 1979, and Jeong In-hoo, a lawyer who entered Korea's worst political trial by defending him on orders from his superiors, which will be released on Aug. 14.
