Director Oh Seung-wook said at a press conference for the movie 'Revolver' held at Megabox COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the morning of the 9th, `I wanted to capture the new face of Jeon Do-yeon that the audience is curious about, but as soon as I finished editing, I thought 'I did it'.'
Releasing on August 7, the movie is about former police Sooyoung, who went to prison with all his crimes, going straight for only one purpose after he was released from prison, and director Oh Seung-wook of the movie `Robbery' took the megaphone.
Director Oh, who directed the movie, said, `In fact, I'm not the type to write a script by specifying an actor. However, since 'Revolver' is a script written with Jeon Do-yeon as the main character, I agonized a lot between the character and the original actor"As I worked on it this time, I saw the dignity of Jeon Do-yeon. When talking together, there are points where you feel that you have excellent empathy for others. I wanted to put those points in the scenario as well."
He also said that he discovered Jeon Do-yeon's new face while working on it. "I wanted to make the audience curious about Jeon Do-yeon's face. When I finished the last editing, the first thing I thought was 'I did it' I felt good to think that I captured Jeon Do-yeon's face that I had never seen before. I kept asking for an expressionless expression, so I think it must have been hard when acting from the actor's point of view."
