The released stills draw attention as they contain a tense tension that cannot be predicted an inch ahead. First of all, in the historical whirlpool that shook the Republic of Korea, in addition to the trial, the enthusiastic lawyers facing the times attract attention. They defend those involved in the October 26 presidential assassination and do their best to fight a trial that is unfairly conducted by invisible power.
The leader of the defense team, Lee Man-sik (Woo Hyun), is a person who leads the defense team by trying to save those involved in the president's assassination with his own firm conviction. Jeong In-hoo (Cho Jung-seok) is the only soldier among those involved as a member of the defense team, so he struggles to defend Park Tae-joo (Lee Sun-kyun), who applied a single-trial system. Through Jeong In-hoo's agonizing still, we can guess how he tried his best for the trial but faced unfair times limits. In addition, the lawyers are expected to stand up to power by arguing together through various stills of Boo Han-myung (Jeon Bae-soo) and Choi Yong-nam (Song Young-kyu), who do their best to put Jeong In-hoo into the 10.26 trial with Jo Sang-cheol (Lee Hyun-kyun).

'Land of Happiness' is a story of a secretary accompanying the intelligence chief who was involved in the assassination of the president by orders of his superiors and a lawyer who entered Korea's worst political trial by defending him. This film depicts the true story of Army Colonel Park Heung-joo, who was involved in the murder of former President Park Chung-hee on Oct. 26, 1979, and lawyer Tae Yoon-ki, who defended him. Cho Jung-seok, Lee Sun-kyun, and Yoo Jae-myung appeared, and director Choo Chang-min of 'Gwanghae, The Man Who Became King'7 Years' Night' took the megaphone. It will be released on August 14.
